Project 52 | Week 20 | Landscape

Wow, I can’t believe we are already week 20 of my 52 Week Project!  I participate along with some other wonderful girls over at the Bloom Forum.  This week our theme is landscape.  I totally let the week slip by me and I had to dig into the faithful archives.  I picked some of my favorite places to be.  These are all iPhone photos and were taken last year, before the drought.  So I guess I’m just wishing it looked like this again. :)

This one is out in the country in the town where I grew up. When I was a kid I frequented the area where this photo was taken.  I “helped” with cattle and combining and rode horses.  A true heaven.

This one is the creek on my grandparent’s property. It’s called Plum Creek.  Aren’t you jealous? ;)

And finally this one is  the awesome Frio River where we have vacationed for several years.

52 Project | Week 19 | Water

Woot Woot!  It’s Friday!!  And by now you know that means - 52 on Fridays!  I am part of a lovely group of ladies from The Bloom Forum.  Each week we all post our interpretation of a chose theme.  This week our theme is Water. I thought I was going to have to dig into the archives for this one ;)  But my session this week saved me!  When we were all done with the session we let the kiddos run through the fountains and cool off.  There is just something special about the pure abandon with a child and water.  See for yourself…

Team Up Thursday|Upside Down|San Antonio Child Photographer

Today’s theme for Team Up is Upside Down! I immediately knew what I wanted.  I love when Brody hangs from the bar on the play set.  Mostly because I love the way his hair looks ;) Stephanie chose to capture how a reflective image in a water droplet is turned upside down!  Very cool huh?
